Refund policy

We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully: once an order has shipped, it can only be returned if the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at sales@aquaculturekings.com as soon as possible with your order number and a quick video showing the problem, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at sales@aquaculturekings.com.
